The “Liberdade para Trabalhar” (Freedom to Work) project has been increasing human dignity in Brazil by advocating for the approval or update of the Economic Freedom Law. We have supported four states and 199 towns in cutting the red tape for small entrepreneurs, benefiting 79.8 million people. In Phase 4, we plan to reach 120 million people (60% of Brazil’s population) benefited by the project. Besides, our second project—“Um CEP para Todos” (A ZIP code for All)—will benefit the poorest living in slums, whose houses are literally off the map, using Google’s technology to create digital ZIP codes.
Puerto Rico’s dwindling population hinders its potential for economic growth. PROSPERA addresses this challenge by fostering individual and economic freedom as incentives for people to stay. Centro CRECE’s own market study found people in Puerto Rico view increased economic freedom and free enterprise as paths for prosperity. PROSPERA seeks to leverage this insight to grow public support for policy reforms in three areas: bureaucracy, taxation, and innovation. PROSPERA proposes a two-year initiative featuring a summit, a Declaration for Prosperity, marketing, and public survey efforts to grow support for free-market reforms. PROSPERA offers a promising path toward a prosperous future.

CPPR proposes a project to advocate for state-level reforms in India to legalize and liberalize shared mobility and intermediate para transit (IPT) services. This involves pushing for amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act and RTO functions and launching a nationwide advocacy campaign to raise awareness and garner support for policy reform at grassroots and government levels. Enhancing shared mobility in rural India is imperative for fostering inclusive growth, empowering communities, and building a sustainable future. By advocating for policy reform and legalizing IPT services, we can unlock transportation’s transformative potential and drive economic empowerment and social progress across the nation.
In December 2022, Bosnia and Herzegovina received candidate status for the European Union, while negotiations began in February 2024. This means that our country faces numerous laws and reforms that need to be adopted. We want to launch an advocacy campaign to adopt as many laws and reforms as possible in a liberal spirit. The Freedom Hub will be a web platform on which the Liberal Forum team will analyze political programs, law proposals, initiatives, and politicians’ statements based on how they contribute to increasing freedoms in our society in all areas—from human rights to social and economic freedoms. The goal is to bring liberal ideas closer to the wider public and influence politicians.
Our new Liberty & Leadership Program, unique in Canada, will inspire and educate the next generation of civic and political leaders by exposing them to ideas and practical solutions rooted in classical liberalism. Through seminars, internships, and mentoring for promising young Canadians, we will nurture and foster a commitment to liberal democracy, free-market economics, and responsible freedom. This will constitute a real and concrete investment in Canada’s future, ensuring that a new generation of knowledgeable and well-equipped leaders will uphold and advance the nation’s fundamental values for a strong and free Canada.
Kuest is a digital publisher creating informative and engaging video content making free markets, human rights, democracy, and current events relevant and sensible for younger audiences through native content on social media platforms. We aim to make Kuest a completely sustainable liberal content powerhouse at the end. We aim to expand reach, diversify revenue sources, and build community. We aim to come to a level in which we find new content formats in ideas distribution, share the accumulated know-how in content-making with our broader movement, and train new talent on a regular basis.
We want to take back the reins of progress and once again become the leading country in Latin America. Over the next two years, we will enhance our influence amidst new local elections in 2024 and national elections in 2025, where voting will be mandatory. We’ve developed our UPI strategy (understand, prepare, influence) to conduct studies on the rise of authoritarian ideologies, develop responsible public policies, and train leaders in the principles of a free society. By doing so, we aim to promote the empirical benefits of freedom and ensure the next authorities advocate for these ideas, establishing connections to maximize our medium-term impact.
